Feet will replace any insole found to be defective
during normal use for a period of 6 months from
the date of purchase. Original package with
date of purchase entered must be returned with
insoles. FAILURE TO WASH INSOLES WEEKLY MAY VOID
CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Return clean, washed insoles and this certificate along with a copy of your sales receipt.
For health reasons dirty insoles will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
